100% Cabernet Sauvignon, with grapes sourced from California.

Best served decanted at 54-60°F.

Guilty Cabernet is produced with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
We ferment the grapes in enormous stainless-steel tanks before aging them in 60-gallon oak barrels for a minimum of one year. This is where the magic happens!
Certain natural flavors are imparted from the oak, including black cherry and dark chocolate. Soft tannin elements are also rendered during this part of the barrel aging process. Once complete, we bottle up this seductive elixir for you to enjoy!
